I recently completed the first aid course, and I can’t recommend it enough. From start to finish, the training was exceptional. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made what could be a dry topic feel both interesting and crucial. The hands-on practice, especially with the CPR mannequins and realistic scenarios, was invaluable. I feel genuinely confident now that I have the skills to respond effectively in an emergency. The trainer made everything super easy to understand, even the more intense stuff like CPR and using a defib. There was a great balance of hands-on practice and real-world examples, which made the whole day feel really practical (and not just theory-heavy).
